Quick Schezwan Onion Paratha.
Ingredients:
1. Whole Wheat Flour
2. Schezwan sauce (Chings Schezwan Chutney)
3. Onion chopped
4. Red chilly powder
Method:
1. Add salt to the wheat flour and knead into a soft dough and set aside to rest. Divide the dough into equal proportion.
2. In a bowl take chopped onion, Schezwan sauce (Chings Schezwan Chutney), Red chilly powder and mix it properly.
3. Take one portion of the dough,roll into a puri, place one portion of the mixture in the centre and gather in the edges to make a ball.Further roll into parathas,similarly make the other parathas.
4. Heat tava and roast the parathas from time to time till both the sides turns golden brown.
5. Roll the paratha very slowly since onion leave water and paratha gets sticky make sure to use lot of floor while you roll.
6. Serve hot
