Kheema Aloo Cutlet

Ingredients

1. 500 gms mutton mince.
2. 2 tsp  oil
3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4. 1 tsp garam masala powder
5. 1/2 tsp freshly crushed black pepper powder
6. 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed.
7. 2 medium sized onions, finely minced.
8. 2 green chili, finely minced.
9.  Handful of coriander leaves, finely minced and Little Mint leaves(Optional) if you like taste of it.
10. 1 cup bread crumbs
11.1 egg
12. Salt to taste
13. Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Heat 2 tsp  oil in a pan and add the mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder and black pepper powder. 2. Fry till all the water from the mince is dried up and the mutton mince is done.
3. Allow the mutton mince to cool and pass it through the food processor.
4. Add the mashed potatoes, onions, green chili coriander leaves and mint leaves(optional), bread crumbs and egg to the mutton mince and mix well.
5. Set this aside in a refrigerator for at least half an hour.
6. After half an hour, make the cutlets into the shape of your choice. Set aside.
7. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan on medium high. Drop the cutlets in the oil and fry on both sides till golden brown.
8. Serve hot with mint chutney.


Note : 1.Instead of using Egg you can add White flour (Maida) For binding the cutlet.

2. If you don't want to grind Minced mutton just add directly to the mixture.
