Egg Kadai

Ingredients

1. Eggs 4
2. Onion finely chopped (2 medium size).
3. Tomatoes finely chopped (2 medium  size).
4. Chicken Sausages 3 (boiled or fried) And chopped.
5. Turmeric powder
6. Coriander and Cumin Powder.
7. Black pepper crushed
8. Green chilles (As per taste)
9. Red chilly Powder
10. Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing.
11. Oil

Method

1. Finely chop Onions, Tomatoes,Green Chillies.
2. In an another pan Boil water and put Chicken Sausages for boiling or else you can even fry them( I used Venky's Sausages)
3. Chop Sausages in round pieces.
4. Take a pan and add Oil.
5. Once oil is heated add Onion, Turmeric Powder, Green chillies and saute well till onion turns lil soft and golden brown.
6. Add Tomatoes and saute till they are cooked and leave raw smell and moisture.
7. Add Red Chilly Powder, Coriander and Cumin Powder,Salt and Black Pepper and saute for another 2 minutes.
8. Add half of the Sausages pieces in the mixture and saute.Keep rest of chopped Suusages aside.
9. Level the mixture of Onion and Tomato  in a pan and add Eggs on top of it without mixing it in mixture.
10. Let egg cook on slow flame.
11. Once Eggs are cooked add remaining Sausages pieces, Sprinkle Red Chilly Powder,Black Pepper And Salt.
Garnish eith chopped Coriander leaves.
12. You can cut them like a cake and serve with Bread or Roti.

( Please note : You can add grated cheese on top of it to add more taste, but make sure you add less of salt in the mixture since cheeze has salt in it)
