Karare Aloo Karele ki Sabji


Ingredients

1. Potato 3 medium size sliced
2. Karela 3 medium size sliced
3. Onion 2 medium size sliced
4. Tomatoes 2 medium size finely chopped
5. Coriander Powder
6. Cumin Seeds
7. Turmeric Powder
8.  Asafoetida
9. Red Chilly Powder
10. Oil
11. Maggie tastemakers cube

Method

1. Slice Potatoes,Karela and Onion.
2. In a diffrent pan take Karela and sprinkle with salt mix it well and let it marinate for 30 mins.
3. Finely chop Tomatoes.
4. By the time Take Oil in pan and deep fry Potatoes till they turn crispy and brown.
5. Wash Karela with water and and drain Karela water properly and make it dry.
6. Add it in Oil and deep fry Karela till they turn crispy and brownish,Keep it aside along with fried Potatoes.
7. Add Oil in another pan and once Oil is heated add Cumin seeds,Turmeric Powder and Asafoetida
8. Once Cumin starts spulltering add chopped Onion and saute.
9. Once Onion turns golden brown add Chopped Tomatoes and saute till it start leaving Oil and raw smell.
10. Now add Red chilly powder,Coriander Powder and 1 cube of maggie tastemaker an saute for 2 min on low flame.
11. Now add Fried Potatoes and Karela and saute well for another 5 minutes.
12. Will serve 3/4 People,Serve with Phulkas.

Please note - 1. Do not add salt until unless you taste it,Instead of salt add one more cube of maggie tastemaker.
2. Go slow on salt since we had marinated Karela with salt.
3. You can add Spices as per the taste you require.
