Ridge Gourd with Boiled Egg

Ingredients

1. Ridge gourd (Turai,Dodka)
2. Turmeric powder
3. Asafoetida
4. Mustard seeds (Rai,Mori)
5. Green Chillies
6. Boiled Egg 3/4

Method

1. Chop small pieces of Ridge gourd.
2. In another pan boil egg and once boiled cut them into square pieces with egg yellow.
3. In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds when it splutter add Asafoetida Turmeric powder & Chopped green chillies.
4. Now add chopped pieces of Ridge gourd and saute.
5. Add salt and on low flame cook ridge gourd till it turns soft.
6. Once ridge gourd is soft add boiled egg pieces and saute well and let it cook for 2 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
