Palak Paneer
Ingredients : - 1.Boil palak with pinch of soda so it stays green and boil till the raw smell goes off. Once boiled grind it in mixer with little water. 2. Onion finely chopped 3. Red chilly powder 4. Ginger garlic paste (I prefer home made) 5. Haldi powder 6. Salt for taste 7. Sugar for taste (Optional) 8. Ghee and Amul butter for cooking Method :- 1. Grind the palak to a fine paste. 2. Chop onion the way you cut for pav bhaji. 3. Take ghee and little butter in pan and heat till it reaches the heating point. 4. Add onion and pinch of salt for onion moisture to go. 5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off. 6. Then haldi powder and red chilly powder and saute well on low flame. 7. Now you can add palak paste with little water as per the consistency you would like to have. 8. While palak is cooking add butter and very little sugar if u like. 9. Once butter melts add paneer pieces and close the lid let it cook for 2 minutes on
